Refund & Cancellation Policy

How cancellations and refunds work at Servero. No fine print, no surprises.

At Servero, we want you to feel confident trying our platform. This page explains exactly how cancellations and refunds work - no fine print, no surprises.

Cancellation

You can cancel your Servero subscription at any time, directly from your account dashboard. No need to email us or talk to anyone.

Here's what happens when you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You keep full access to all features you paid for - nothing is cut off early.
  • At the end of the billing period, your account automatically moves to the Free plan (25,000 requests/month).
  • Your containers, settings, and configuration data are retained for 30 days on the Free plan. After 30 days of inactivity on a cancelled paid account, we may remove unused resources.
  • You will not be charged again.
  • Annual plans: If you cancel an annual subscription, your plan remains active until the end of the annual period you've paid for. We do not pro-rate partial years except as described in the refund section below.

Refunds

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee - New Subscriptions

If you subscribe to a paid plan for the first time and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment. No questions asked.

To request a refund, email billing@servero.io with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your registered email address. A reason is optional but helpful for us to improve.

We will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

What Is Not Eligible for a Refund

  • Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after the initial charge
  • Subsequent billing cycles (monthly renewals after the first payment)
  • Annual plan renewals
  • Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service
  • Downgrade requests (e.g., from Growth to Starter) - you can downgrade at any time, but no partial refund is issued for the remaining period

Annual Plans - Special Consideration

If you purchase an annual plan and request a refund within 7 days, you receive a full refund. After 7 days, annual plans are non-refundable. We recommend starting with a monthly plan if you'd like to test Servero before committing annually.

Plan Downgrades

You can downgrade your plan at any time from your account dashboard. The downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You will not receive a credit or refund for the remaining days on your current plan.

Plan Upgrades

When you upgrade your plan mid-cycle, the new pricing takes effect immediately. You will be charged a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the current billing period. Future billing cycles will be charged at the full new plan rate.

Failed Payments

If your payment method fails, we will attempt to reprocess the charge over the following 7 days and notify you by email. If payment is not resolved within 7 days, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan. Your data will be preserved. You can reactivate your paid plan at any time by updating your payment method.
