The rules governing your use of the Servero platform. Plain language, no trick clauses.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Servero ("we," "our," or "us") through servero.io and related subdomains (collectively, the "Platform"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.
By creating an account or using the Platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Servero is a server-side Google Tag Manager (sGTM) container hosting service. We provide infrastructure, tooling, and guidance that enables businesses and individuals to deploy and manage sGTM containers for digital tracking and analytics purposes.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You must create an account to access Servero. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep this information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@servero.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, access restrictions, or any other Platform policies.
Servero provides hosted infrastructure for sGTM containers, including container provisioning, custom domain and SSL certificate management, usage monitoring, and related tools as described on the Platform.
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for paid plans. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including third-party service failures, internet disruptions, or force majeure events.
The free tier is provided as-is, without uptime guarantees. We reserve the right to modify, throttle, or discontinue the free tier at any time with reasonable notice.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the Platform at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that affect paid subscribers.
You agree to use Servero only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are solely responsible for the data processed through your sGTM containers. You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents to collect and process personal data through the Platform, and that your use complies with all applicable laws.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) as selected at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
Current pricing is displayed on our Pricing page at servero.io/pricing. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
All applicable taxes are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
If your usage exceeds your plan's request limits, we will notify you. Continued excess usage may result in throttling or a request to upgrade your plan.
We offer a 7-day refund for new subscriptions if you are not satisfied with the service. Refund requests must be submitted to billing@servero.io within 7 days of your initial payment. Refunds are not available for subsequent billing cycles, annual plans after 7 days, or accounts found to have violated these Terms.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to reprocess the charge. If payment is not resolved within 7 days, your account may be downgraded to the free tier or suspended.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:
The Platform, including its software, design, documentation, trademarks, and content, is owned by Servero and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any Platform component.
You retain ownership of all data you process through the Platform. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the services described.
If you provide suggestions or feedback about the Platform, we may use that feedback without obligation or compensation to you.
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at servero.io/privacy-policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Platform integrates with or depends on third-party services, including Google Tag Manager, Google Cloud Platform, Paddle, and others. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or conduct of third-party services.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SERVERO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SERVERO IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Servero, its founders, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any data processed through your sGTM containers.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if continued service creates risk to the Platform or other users. Upon termination for cause, no refund will be issued.
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us at hello@servero.io.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
